The draw for the next round of the South Challenge Cup has been made and we'll head to face East Stirlingshire in the 3rd Round!
Following on from our dramatic 3-2 victory over Girvan in the round prior, the Braves entered the 3rd Round draw as ball number 13, within a competitive pool of sides.
Ultimately, we were drawn to face a familiar foe, in divisional rivals East Stirlingshire. The two sides have met on one occasion this season, being a well-contested 1-1 draw two weeks ago, where a Ross McNeil penalty was cancelled out in the late exchanges.
After a comprehensive 9-1 victory over St. Cuthbert Wanderers in the 1st Round, the Braves will be looking to continue their positive momentum in the competition.
Due to potential fixture clash at the Falkirk Stadium, the game will be a Friday night kick-off in FK2. The game will be played on Friday the 13th of October, with kick-off at 7:45pm.
Make sure you save the date as the Braves look to make it to the 4th round!
