Our Latest Signings!

After announcing three signings in the early stages of pre-season, we were delighted to welcome eight players in the week leading up to our Lowland League opener. Read more about our new recruits below!

With the new season swiftly approaching, there has been a lot of change at Alliance Park with a number of first team players departing for pastures new. In recent week's, we've already announced the exciting signings of Rhys Caves, Josh Gemmell and Harvey Moyes. Adding to that core, here are the most recent new additions to the squad for the 2023/23 season:

 

Connor Keaney - Goalkeeper: A promising 18-year-old shot-stopper, Conner will add great depth to the Goalkeeping position after joining the club from Airdrie.

 

Martin McArthur - Right-back: Martin is a talented young right-back. The 18-year-old defender will look to compete for a spot in the first team over the upcoming campaign. 


Aiden Clocherty - Right-back: At 19 years old, Aiden is another valuable addition to the young-core at the Braves. He will hope to make the right back position his own. He has joined the club after previous stints at St Mirren and St East Stirlingshire.

 

Daniel Martins - Centre-back: 22-year-old centre-back Daniel Martins has impressed in recent friendlies, joining the Braves after stints at Irvine Victoria, Watra Bialka, Gretna, Cowdenbeath and Camelon.

 

Chris Inglis - Centre-back: Chris is a 19-year-old centre-back that has joined the club on loan from league two side, The Spartans.


Luke Biggart - Left-back: 21-year-old Luke is and exciting left-back that will look to break into the first team and make the left-back position his own.

 

Louis Thompson - Left/right wing: Louis joined the club from Open Goal Broomhill. The 19-year-old winger has made a great first impression after scoring in his last two friendlies with the club.

 

Blair Hall - Centre-midfield: Blair has joined the Braves after spending last season with Larkhall. The 20-year-old central midfielder comes straight into our squad for Berwick Rangers tomorrow and will hope to make a good impression with the fans.

 

 

These new signings will all add great quality to the squad and will help the team improve over the season ahead. Make sure you keep an eye on our social media, news and app for any more information on these players to come.
