Despite results not going the Braves' way recently, gaffer Ricky Waddell insists that all it takes is one win to get the team firing again.
And Saturday's match against Cumbernauld Colts represents a good chance to do just that, he said.
Cumbernauld sit 12th in the Lowland League table, two spots above the Braves. However whereas the Braves have lost their last three games, the Colts have picked up two wins in their corresponding three. But Waddell has a positive outlook.
He said: "I think we need to pick ourselves up very quickly, and I think we'll do that. I've spoken to quite a lot of them individually, just to tell them where they're at and the situation that we're in. The boys understand that we need to do better collectively and individually and that's just facts.
"We're on a bit of a bad run but I'm positive, really really positive about [Saturday's] game. I think we can win the game, I think we'll play really well and I think we'll show energy and desire. The boys know I believe in them as players," said Waddell.
After such a difficult run of results keeping spirits high in the squad isn't easy, but the manager believes his players are still in a good place and want to turn things around.
He said: "I think the mood is quite positive, they know they need to do better. But they do know where they need to do better. You watch them at training; they're good boys, they're good people and they're not daft either. They know that football sometimes deals you bad cards and hits you in the nuts, but they also know that football offers you an opportunity. And Saturday is an opportunity to go and put things right.
"All it takes is that one win to get momentum back. The boys are all onside and I've said they need to trust each other a bit more, trust what we're doing as a club a bit more and put that into action come Saturday."
Saturday's game against Cumbernauld Colts takes place at Broadwood Stadium, with a 3pm kick-off.
